Very good match of Valencia. We won 1-3. Angulo, Villa and Aimar scored for Valencia. They knew to control the game, being really sure in defense and scoring three goals. The only black point of the match was that the referee booked Albelda with a non deserved red card.

Valencia should appeal to overturn the red card. Albelda did nothing.

We played good football. Hope we will be consistent from now on because last week we also played good. Just like this!!!

Valencia move up to fifth, just behind Real Madrid on goal difference, after a 1-3 win at Espanyol. Angulo gave Valencia the lead on the quarter hour mark after Vicente played on Aimar's centre, and David Villa made it two before the interval after Kameni could only push out Vicente's cross. Aimar wrapped things up on the hour mark after picking up a short pass from Villa on a rapid counter attack, and a goal three minutes later from Corominas was only scant consolation for Espanyol.
