Valencian people use the expression che to refer to somebody friendly. It's kind of "man" or "guy" in English. It's just an expression but it is typically valencian, so it's used oftenly to mean Valencian.

Forgive my curiosity, could you tell me something about Chentola?

Chentola is the name of a young supporters group created this year by some people of this forum. I belong to it and Abraxas is the President. It's a clever name formed by the word che and the word "gentola" wich means in Valencian "bad people" used in a friendly way.

Do you know that in Campania (Naples area) exists a little old town called Centola. The pronuntiation of Centola is the same of the Spanish Chentola. This little town is close to a very nice holidays place:Palinuro

I must disagree. 'Che' is not 'man' or 'guy'... It is an interjection (a sort of 'hey'). It is very used the form 'che tío' that translates to 'hey man'. 'Che' also expreses feelings like admiration, delight, happiness, anger...

Good questiion. At the moment we are not together in the Stadium, so at the moment everybody will do what they can in their seats. I hope to be able to find or own zone in the new stadium.
