Yes I saw it. I hope he will eat the newspaper where that is written when he will fall defeated in here.

Also, Patrick Vieira is likely to miss the next CL match. Cambiasso a question mark.

It was the two Davids, Villa and Silva, who grabbed a 2-2 result for Valencia at the San Siro, and handed Los Che the edge heading to the Mestalla. Cambiasso's first half header was equalized by a David Villa free-kick, and Maicon's strike was then negated by David Silva right at the death...

In the end it's a disappointing result for an Inter side who were considered favorites and will now need a monumental performance at the Mestalla to win and go through to the quarterfinals as only a victory (or 3-3 draw...) will do.

It will be a really hard match withoud Captain, but I'm sure our guys can deal with this, especially in the condition, that Baraja will be back for that match. In my opinion it would be better to play the domestic match with only forward and Silva behind him.

It's already a fact, that Inter will be without Vieira and Cambiasso. BTW, Cambiaso was offside during the first goal and there is no doubt about this.

Glad to hear it. On the georgian forums the fans of Inter were quite pathetic before the match, but now they are quiet.

IMHO we have 70 percents of chances to get through the quarterfinals, but this doesn't mean we're already there. Inter is a very classy team and will try to use every smallest chance given to them by our defence. So our defencives should be 100% mobilized and careful not to make any serious mistake.

No, it will not be an easy match. We have the advantage, yes, but we have to remember that Inter has defeated us here at Mestalla in the last matches (1-5 last time! )

Yes, statistics are against us, but that were different times. Although Inter is even stronger now, but that probably was the worst Valencia of the last 10 years. Ranieri was the worst thing that could ever happen to the team.

Sure We Are! :?:

Although Moratti and Mancini seem quite confident in beating us on Mestalla :D

I didn't want to start the return thread, so I'll just post here.

Since Inter played yesterday, 1-1 draw for those keeping score, and they also play on Saturday, I think that the squad may be a little tired when they face Valencia on Tuesday the 6th. Three matches in seven days? Sure, they have a somewhat large squad with adequate coverage for most positions, but, I think they don't have enough coverage for midfield, so this may be a cause for concern.

So it will be the coaching mettle of Mancini, a Sven Goran Eriksson protege (I know, it reads just as funny as it sounds), versus the coaching skill of Quique, coaching genius that emerged from the untamed wilds of Madrid (I didn't know what else to write). Mancini's a good coach, but I think his record of 17 straight wins is overinflated due to Serie A being so weak this year. Quique, well, we know what he brings to the table.

Anyway, I think the only thing that can be said about the upcoming match is this: :?: (this smiley rules!)
