Valencia won his first match after holidays, Eagles was the Dutch team from second Eredivisie division which was the first opponent for VCF. One easy team for the tired legs of the players, because trainings are being hard for players these last days in Ermelo (Netherlands).

The first half showed players needs to be more strong physically and though there were some chances for Valencia which different players failed them (like D. Navarro, Silva or Gavilan), Eagles were the first team to score and the Dutch striker scored the goal for them on the 40'.

The team was better on second half and they showed his quality in front of Eagles. If Silva and Albiol were the best Valencia players in the first half, Edu and Vicente were the best in the second. Valencia got many chances to score a goal but Mista scored it when Albiol kicked the ball and the Eagles goalkeeper failed to stop it in the 61'. Valencia went to win the match and finally Vicente avoided the goalkeeper and he scored alone the victory goal in the 80'.
It has watched that players are tired and they still aren't well phisically. It's expected to be OK when Valencia plays the Champions qualifying round. I'm happy because Vicente played well, and if there is good luck for him, he'll be the same who won la liga and UEFA Cup two years ago
